Intro to Lap Swimming
Learn lap swimming with expert coaching and peer support! Improve technique, boost endurance, and gain confidence. For adults comfortable in water who can float and tread.

Duluth & Hermantown Northerns
Swim at Duluth, Hermantown, or both! Led by Coach Jon, this program is perfect for swimmers looking to have fun & stay engaged, including swimmers that:
Enjoyed swim lessons & can swim 25 yards of freestyle,
Learned to swim at home,
Are interested in team activities or no contact-sports,
Want to practice outside of the season for junior high or high school swim teams.
The Northerns have four levels: Novice, Age Group, Junior, and Senior.
Not sure where to start? Sign up for Novice or Age-Group & we can help swimmers move to an appropriate level if needed.
