Fencing I (Beginner & Recreational)

Step into the exciting world of fencing! This beginner-friendly class is the perfect place to learn the basics—footwork, technique, and strategy—in a fun, welcoming environment.

No experience? No problem! Basic equipment is provided for your first session, so you can jump right in and give it a try. Build confidence, stay active, and discover a sport that’s fast-paced and incredibly rewarding.

Open to ages 10+. (Ages 10–11 require a parent/guardian present.)
Wear long athletic pants, clean gym shoes, and bring a water bottle.

Ready to take your fencing to the next level? This advanced class is built for dedicated fencers looking to sharpen their skills, train with intention, and prepare for tournament competition.

Work closely with coaches to refine technique, build endurance, and develop strategy—all while working toward competitive goals throughout the season.

Instructor approval required. Participants should have full equipment and be ready for consistent training, including conditioning outside of class.
