MARKETING & COMMUNICATION INTERNSHIPS

Marketing and Communication (filled for summer, open for fall)

Position Summary: Supports the YMCA’s marketing initiatives through digital marketing, content creation and community outreach. This role assists in developing and distributing promotional materials, coordinating events and representing the YMCA at community functions. Development (filled for summer, open for fall)

Position Summary: This role supports the Development Department by helping plan and execute the Annual Campaign strategy, grow and manage the individual donor base, and cultivate major gifts. It includes engaging and supporting volunteers, researching prospective donors, and potentially writing grant proposals and reports. Youth Development (open)

Position Summary: The Youth Development Intern supports youth & family programs that promote positive youth engagement, leadership, and personal growth. Early Childhood Field Experience (open)

Position Summary: Our field experiences are intended to give students a practical, hands-on experience in early childhood development. Nature Based Child Care (open)

Non-Profit Organizational Management (open)

Position Summary: Assists the Branch Executive with assigned areas of a YMCA branch, including membership, marketing, programs, facilities, volunteer and staff development, financial development, community relations and collaborations with community agencies. Position Summary: This internship is intended to give a student a practical, hands-on experience in the area of accounting.
