From beginners learning lap swimming to seasoned athletes in our Northerns Swim Team and U.S. Masters group, we offer programs for every level. Join one of the Lake Superior YMCA's Youth Swim Teams! Build skills, endurance, and teamwork while competing in a fun, supportive environment. Swimmers grouped by ability. YMCA membership required.

Learn lap swimming with expert coaching and peer support! Improve technique, boost endurance, and gain confidence. For adults comfortable in water who can float and tread.
