Teen Adventure Camp
Teen Adventure Camp, known as TAC, gives teens the opportunity to step out of their comfort
zone and into adventure. Teens spend the first part of the week sharpening their outdoor living
skills as they prepare for their overnight camping trip. TAC focuses on outdoor skills, teamwork,
and personal growth all while experiencing the spirit of camp.

Leaders in Training
The L.I.T. program provides participants with the opportunity to develop strong leadership skills
and self-confidence in a camp setting over a one-week session. LITs practice skills they can
transfer to real-world scenarios, including teamwork, cooperation, empathy, and problem
solving. LITs have their own schedule with opportunities to lend a hand to younger campers or
co-lead an activity session. This program also includes a service project so teens can leave a
lasting impact at Camp Miller.

Counselors in Training
The C.I.T. program is a two-week experience designed to train those ready to take on new
challenges, opportunities, and responsibilities at camp and in their communities. C.I.T.s work
with campers, assist cabins, activity areas, and evening activities. They have additional
responsibilities around camp, including operational assistance, trip preparation, and program
design. This program helps teens develop their personal leadership style, hone their
communication skills, and gain professional development to help them succeed in school or the
workplace.
